Da vent'anni la Caucasus Tavern opera nel settore della ristorazione e, pur figurando tra i locali più rinomati, si presenta con un'atmosfera d'altri tempi e approcci innovativi. Il desiderio dei fondatori era quello di fondere i sapori delle cucine armena, georgiana e dell'Artsakh, per ridare vita a piatti un tempo dimenticati, rappresentare l'ospitalità dei loro antenati e portare avanti le loro tradizioni. La struttura dell'edificio è simile a quella dei locali del XIX secolo di Yerevan e Tbilisi. Per creare un'atmosfera armoniosa, sono stati utilizzati materiali da costruzione naturali: pietra, argilla, legno, mattoni, ferro e paglia. Le ceramiche qui sono decorate con le opere di un fabbro: porte, maniglie, torce, lampade. In un angolo della città e nel cuore di molti clienti, la Taverna del Caucaso continuerà a stupirci con il suo sapore unico per molti anni a venire. Da ormai 20 anni la Taverna del Caucaso opera nel settore della ristorazione e, figurando tra i leader del settore, si presenta con un'immagine tradizionale ma rinnovata.

“We went to this restaurant looking for a place frequented by local people. We asked the driver who accompanied us during our tour and recommended it without hesitation. As soon as we entered, we were conquered by its careful rustic decoration, the detail in the table presentation and the layout of the spaces, with separations that provide a pleasant sense of intimacy. The menu is wide and varied, with an excellent selection of Armenian and Georgian cuisine. In addition, they include photographs, which makes the choice much easier, especially if you do not know the dishes well. We enjoyed the experience so much that we came back a second time. On that occasion, being Easter Sunday, they had a nice commemorative detail: they offered us a small cake and two eggs, a gesture that we appreciated very much. The service was impeccable throughout, attentive and professional. And finally, we found the price very reasonable for the quality offered. Definitely a highly recommended place.”
