Depuis 20 ans, la Caucasus Tavern est présente dans le secteur de la restauration et, figurant parmi les leaders du secteur, elle se distingue par son charme d'antan et ses nouvelles approches. Le souhait des fondateurs était de fusionner les saveurs des cuisines arménienne, géorgienne et artakienne, de redonner vie à des plats autrefois tombés dans l'oubli, de représenter l'hospitalité de leurs ancêtres et de perpétuer leurs traditions. La structure du bâtiment rappelle celle des établissements du XIXe siècle d'Erevan et de Tbilissi. Pour créer une ambiance harmonieuse, des matériaux de construction naturels ont été utilisés : pierre, argile, bois, brique, fer et paille. La poterie est ici agrémentée des créations d’un forgeron : portes, poignées, torches, lampes. Dans un coin de la ville et dans le cœur de nombreux clients, la Taverne du Caucase continuera de nous émerveiller par sa saveur unique pendant de nombreuses années encore. Depuis déjà 20 ans, la Taverne du Caucase opère dans le secteur de la restauration et, figurant parmi les leaders, se présente sous un nouveau jour tout en conservant son charme d'antan.

“We went to this restaurant looking for a place frequented by local people. We asked the driver who accompanied us during our tour and recommended it without hesitation. As soon as we entered, we were conquered by its careful rustic decoration, the detail in the table presentation and the layout of the spaces, with separations that provide a pleasant sense of intimacy. The menu is wide and varied, with an excellent selection of Armenian and Georgian cuisine. In addition, they include photographs, which makes the choice much easier, especially if you do not know the dishes well. We enjoyed the experience so much that we came back a second time. On that occasion, being Easter Sunday, they had a nice commemorative detail: they offered us a small cake and two eggs, a gesture that we appreciated very much. The service was impeccable throughout, attentive and professional. And finally, we found the price very reasonable for the quality offered. Definitely a highly recommended place.”
