We had tickets for a Greek music evening, and upon arrival, we were informed by the manager that the concert had been canceled. No one bothered to call us or inform us about the cancellation in advance. And there was no mention about cancellation on their FB or Instagram. This lack of communication and consideration is unacceptable and has left a very bad impression. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting reliable service and proper customer care.”

“Do NOT go to this restaurant,I went to a wedding there in June and everyone got sick. They had the air conditioning basting cold air, and everyone had a sore throat the next day, two days later, we all had coughs. Who knows when they cleaned their a/c unit or changed the filters. I ended up with a bacterial infection, white mucus, and I needed a puffer so I could breath. These 3rd world countries have no idea how to do maintenance on their buildings.”

“I'm sure Florence is one and only real banquette hall in Erevan. It can serve up to four hundred people simultaneously. And if there are no plans for dancing in front of the scene you can add 150 - 200 people more staff will manage. Good food, good service and a lot of possibilities to accommodate groups starting two persons and up to half thousand. Main hall equipped extremely well for live music and light shows. And also they have Hrazdan beneath you feet and an open terrace!”
